1. The service
MealOrbit is a meal planning SaaS for Jain households, hostels, and trusts. We provide it “as-is” during beta with no uptime guarantees.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your tenant. You can invite household members; they have whatever role you assign.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use MealOrbit for anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with other tenants. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
4. Payments (later)
Free during beta. When we introduce paid plans, you'll get 30 days notice before any charge. All paid plans include a 14-day full refund window.
5. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Either way, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Direct damages are capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (so during beta, ₹0).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to courts in Pune.
