What we collect
Account data (email, name), tenant data (household name, members, recipes, schedules, kitchen state, shopping lists). Functional cookies for authentication. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service. We never sell user data. We never share with advertisers. We never use your recipes or member info for marketing or model training.
Where we store it
On our own VPS infrastructure located in India. Postgres database, daily encrypted backups. Service-account credentials kept in environment variables, not version-controlled.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, and request all stored personal data at any time by emailing privacy@mealorbit.in. We respond within 7 working days.
Children
MealOrbit is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We will notify all active users by email 14 days before any material privacy policy change.
